Odoo Business Analyst
SIA "Midis" RSEZ is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in accounting to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to help our clients make the most of their accounting and ERP systems.
What we need:
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, including preparing annual reports and balance sheets. Experience working in an accounting outsourcing company is a plus;
- A strong understanding of financial accounting and the Latvian tax system;
- A higher education in accounting or business management (preferred);
- Fluent in Latvian and English, both spoken and written;
- Experience with ERP systems (experience with Odoo is an advantage);
- A proactive attitude, responsibility, independence, analytical thinking, precision, and excellent communication skills.
What you'll do:
- Provide clients with advice on accounting and ERP system implementation;
- Keep in touch with clients to ensure smooth communication and quality support;
- Work closely with the internal team to help achieve project goals and deliver excellent client service;
- Prepare reports on the progress of work and contribute to improving internal processes.
